At Clarkes Golf Centre, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused golf equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to the Centre

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value clubs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
